Please note that after your inquiry is sent, additional information will be required to confirm booking, including, but not limited to, a valid photo ID, electronically signed rental agreement, 50% down payment and security deposit ($250.00). The security deposit will be returned to the renter within 5 full business days as long as the house is returned to us undamaged, beyond normal wear and tear.

28+ Days – $87.50
*Rates may increase during peak seasons and Holidays.
The daily rates include tax and cleaning fees. There is an additional fee of $15.00/night per dog, up to 2 dogs.
